Expat Support
When we decide to live and work in a new country, we step into the unknown. The path can be exciting and deeply enriching, but also unpredictable and emotionally demanding. Many of us experience moments of confusion, isolation, or disconnection while adapting to new cultural norms and redefining who we are, personally and professionally. This process can challenge our identity, expand our comfort zone, and reshape our relationships.
Expat Support is dedicated to help you turn culture shock, uncertainty, and emotional turbulence into growth, clarity, and more secure connections, both in your personal life and at work.We offer a professional and supportive environment to help you to reflect experience of life in Poland.
We run small, confidential support groups for expats who want to better understand themselves, build connection, and find new meaning in their cross-cultural journey. The groups are guided by a psychodynamic psychotherapists Agnieszka Nocko and Katarzyna Włoch, and focus on emotional adaptation, relationships, and personal growth.
The group aims to provide a stable and safe space where participants can:
* discuss their experiences related to adaptation, stress, and homesickness,
* gain a deeper understanding of how migration influences relationships, emotions, and identity,
* develop strategies for coping with everyday functioning,
* strengthen their sense of belonging in a new environment.
